AppStock's state-of-the-art platform offers DSPs access to high-quality in-app supply while drastically improving their yield. This is achieved by superior targeting of ad-requests and a corresponding reduction in server calls.

We are seeking a Team Lead to join our highly skilled Tech and Development team. This role is crucial for the continuous improvement of our automated, data-driven solutions, which involve big data, real-time analytics, and a smart decision-making engine.

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead the design, development, and deployment of high-performance, scalable ad tech systems.
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of engineers.
• Define, manage, and execute the technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Guarantee the implementation of robust, scalable, and reliable technical solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Operation and Business teams to drive continuous innovation in ad technology.
• Enforce best practices across software development, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure.
• Proactively evaluate emerging technologies to determine their potential impact and strategic value to the company.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading a team of developers.
• Highly skilled with Adtech and Programmatic related technologies and standards
• 5+ years of professional experience with the .NET framework.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience utilizing AWS Services.
• Proven practical experience with Angular.
• Experience implementing and managing Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding and knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills, applying an innovative approach to system architecture and design.
