We are opening a position for a Marketing Communications Manager (MarCom) to continue leading the company’s communication activities and brand presence.

Position Description

The MarCom Manager will be responsible for all marketing communication activities for the company and its brands across various media channels.

The role includes B2B, B2C and patient-facing communication activities.

Areas of Responsibility:

• B2C activities aimed at end consumers across social media, PR and additional media channels
• B2C activities aimed at professional audiences
• Managing patient-facing communication
• Developing communication plans for the company’s brands across diverse target audiences
• Creating, writing and managing medical marketing content: presentations, video, and digital content
• Preparing high-level marketing materials, including advanced presentations
• Managing digital activities: social media, campaigns, newsletters
• Producing conferences and events in Israel
• Creating professional marketing content for the medical field
• Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics, and implementing continuous MarCom process improvements

Job Requirements:

• Previous MarCom experience-required
• Passion and drive to influence the world of healthcare and patient experience, and to promote cutting-edge medical technology
• Experience and understanding of technology, medical or scientific organizations -strong advantage
• Love for written content and excellent marketing writing skills-required
• Proven experience and knowledge in digital and social media management, performance, and data
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple interfaces
• Proactive mindset, high creativity, and strong operational execution skills
• Full proficiency in PowerPoint, Office tools and Canva/Adobe
