Bookkeeper

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our expanding Finance team in Tel Aviv. The successful candidate would be an experienced bookkeeping professional with a service approach and ability to be precise, collaborative and team player while working in a fast-pace dynamic environment.

This role is hybrid, with one work-from-home day per week.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end Accounts Payable cycle: invoice recording, matching to POs, approval flow,
• payments execution, and reconciliations.
• Accounts Receivable management: invoicing, reconciliation, collections, and aging
• reports.
• Process, verify, and reconcile AP invoices, including monthly payment cycles.
• Reconcile banks, vendors, credit cards, corporate cards (e.g., Mesh), and inter-company
• balances.
• Manage prepaid expenses, amortizations, accruals, and other balance sheet accounts.
• Maintain the Fixed Assets ledger.
• Process employees’ travel & expense reports.
• Involvement in billing, revenue-related activities, and collections.
• Monitor and control cash flow, vendors, customers, and collections.
• Prepare and support monthly and quarterly close processes, including reporting packages.
• Prepare data and documentation for external auditors, tax advisors, and quarterly audits.
• Submit VAT, withholding tax, and other statutory reports to global authorities.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required, while meeting strict deadlines.
  
  

• 4+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience in hi-tech and international companies.
• Experience working in a global, multi-currency environment.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with Priority and NetSuite
• Strong attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and ability to multitask.
• Organized, independent, and system-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
