We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Product team and drive smooth delivery across multiple squads. You’ll work closely with Product, R&D, Design, and other teams to ensure initiatives stay on track, timelines are met, and execution is clear and coordinated.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end coordination of product-related projects across multiple teams
• Translate product features into clear project plans, timelines, and milestones, create and own the Gantt chart.
• Coordinate with Product Managers, R&D, Design, Data, and Operations to manage dependencies and priorities.
• Track progress, manage dependencies and delays, surface risks early and drive solutions.
• Run planning sessions, weekly syncs, status reviews, and retrospectives
• Keep documentation, decisions, and updates organized and accessible
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align priorities and expectations
• Support release readiness by ensuring all moving parts are coordinatedHelp promote a culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement in the Product & R&D teams.
  
  

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a tech or product environment
• Proven experience managing multiple parallel projects in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and practical delivery processes.
• Skilled in Gantt planning, timeline tracking and maintaining (including milestones, dependencies, and critical path) using tools including Monday and Jira.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in both English and Hebrew
• Ability to analyze timelines, capacity, and constraints and turn them into realistic commitments
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, R&D, and business teams
