Quality Engineer

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our journey!

In this role, you will connect the concept on the board to the final product that reaches the pool, ensuring that every step along the way meets our highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead NPI processes and implement advanced quality methodologies throughout all development stages.
• Manage and drive PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) activities with suppliers, including requirement definition, sample approval, and control of mass-production processes.
• Perform and analyze PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) at supplier sites and within internal processes, as part of the company’s risk-management system.
• Manage supplier quality control processes: quality audits, supplier evaluations, and leading corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Conduct failure investigations (Root Cause Analysis) and implement effective long-term solutions.
• Define, measure, and analyze quality KPIs across the supply chain.
• Develop quality-control processes for raw materials and advanced injection-molded plastic components as an integral part of the final product.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams, and apply Industry 4.0 methodologies to enhance quality-control processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or Quality Engineering).
• 3–5 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably with global suppliers and multidisciplinary development environments.
• Proven knowledge and experience with PPAP, PFMEA, APQP, or other advanced quality tools.
• Familiarity with international quality standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100 – an advantage).
• Experience performing supplier audits and managing CAPA processes.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (SPC, MSA, DOE).
• High-level Hebrew and English, excellent communication skills, and strong ability to influence and work cross-functionally.
