Delivery/ Customer Project Manager

Jifiti is a leading global fintech company that powers white-labeled embedded lending solutions for leading banks, lenders and merchants, including Mastercard, Citizens Bank, FIS, Finastra, Ingenico, IKEA and others worldwide. We were recently granted an Electronic Money Institution (EMI) license in Europe and are growing quickly worldwide in Israel, the US and Europe, and operate in over 12 countries.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Delivery Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of our projects, oversee all project aspects, and work cross-functionally with R&D, Support, and Product teams to ensure customers derive value from our solution efficiently and quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own project delivery - Oversee end-to-end (E2E) development and implementation, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Optimize Time to Value (TTV) - Drive processes and best practices that shorten time to value for customers.
• Customer Interface - Act as the main focal point for customer needs during development and implementation, ensuring critical issues are resolved quickly and transparently while building long-term relationships.
• Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and customer-centric delivery.
• Cross-functional / matrix collaboration - Partner with R&D, Product, Data, Global Support, and Implementation teams to align project delivery with business goals.
• Governance & reporting - Operate according to project management standards, reporting frameworks, and dashboards to provide visibility into project status, delivery performance, and risk management.
• Continuous improvement - Refine project methodologies, automate and improve interfaces and processes, streamline delivery, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven 5 - 8 years of demonstrated experience as a technical project manager on a SaaS product - a Must.
• Proven success in delivering complex Saas project to Global customers.
• Experience working outbound with international clients - a Must.
• Proven track record of collaboration with R&D and Product teams, in an Agile environment - a Must.
• Ability to drive project-based as well as ad-hoc work and manage tasks, schedules, and deliverables.
• Ability to work in matrix mode ,manage technical personnel and processes associated with SDLC and project management.
• Effective communication skills at all organizational levels, including written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to function in dynamic environments, whether leading or following.
• Fintech environment / product experience an advantage.
• Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal - a Must.
