Job description:

Complex CNC programming in 3-, 4- and 5-axis.

Design of advanced manufacturing facilities (Fixtures).

Professional leadership of a team of staff and programmers.

Accompanying production processes (Article First) and solving technological problems until serial production is approved.

Ongoing work with engineering, production and quality control departments.

Job Requirements (Required):

5-10 years of proven experience in manufacturing precision metal parts.

Very high level of reading and understanding of drawings, including full control of T&GD.

Proven experience in designing 3/4/5-axis production facilities.

In-depth familiarity with a variety of raw materials, surface treatments and thermal treatments.

Experience and ability to lead a professional team (staff/programmers).

High level of technical English - required.

Significant advantages:

Experience working with MAZAK, OKUMA machines and operating FANUC control.

Knowledge and experience in programming lathe-mill machines.

Previous experience in manufacturing parts for the optical, medical or defense industry.

Additional advantages:

Knowledge and experience in implementing automation processes in production.

Knowledge and ability to write MACRO programs.
