IPU Silicon Engineering is seeking an experienced and organized student to provide high quality, reliable administrative support.

You will need to perform various administrative and project-related activities in support of individuals or groups.

Typical duties may include, but are not limited to the following:

• Schedule and coordinate logistics for meetings and events,
• Manage calendar schedule,
• Coordinate and negotiate with other admins for complex meetings and international travel
• create and maintain confidential information
• Organize meetings and events
• track headcount, new employees integration and serve as an information resource
• communication channel for policies and procedures.
• Role requires to support 2 sites: Jerusalem and Petah-Tikva.
  
  

Qualifications

• Currently Enrolled to a B.A. or M.A. Degree
• At least 4 semesters till graduation
• Experienced with Office application: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint - Advantage
• Excellent English written and Spoken
• Willingness to work one day a week from the Jerusalem office and one day a week from the Petach-Tikva office
• Available to work at least 3 to 4 days a week.
