This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance (QA) Manager located in Raanana. The QA Manager will be responsible for leading QA processes, implementing quality standards, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. Day-to-day tasks include creating and managing QA processes, performing quality audits, overseeing product testing, troubleshooting quality issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous improvement in product quality and efficiency.
- Proficiency in Quality Assurance methodologies, quality control processes, and hands-on experience with auditing
- Strong skills in testing, defect tracking, and root cause analysis
- Experience in process improvement and risk assessment strategies
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulatory compliance, and certifications
- Excellent communication, team management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using QA tools and software
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
- Understanding of the manufacturing or production industry is a plus
