תחומי אחריות

בדיקה והכנת דוחות מס של חברות, שותפויות ויחידים.

ניהול צוות של יועצי מס ורואי חשבון בתחום המס האמריקאי

פיקוח על הכנת דוחות מס אמריקאיים ויישום חוקים ותקנות בתחום

תמיכה בעבודת הצוות בניהול פרויקטים שונים ועמידה בלוחות זמנים

תיאום בין לקוחות לבין דרישות ממשלתיות ומסמכים דיגיטליים

ניהול ותכנון משאבים ודרישות פנימיות של המשרד

הדרכה ופיתוח מקצועי של צוות המשרד

דרישות תפקיד

• ניסיון מוכח בניהול צוות יועצי מס ו/או רואי חשבון, בדיקה והכנת דוחות מס אמריקאים.
• ידע מעמיק במס אמריקאי ובחוקים ותקנות רלוונטיים
• תואר ראשון בראיית חשבון -יתרון משמעותי
• רישיון יועץ מס אמריקאי או רואה חשבון אמריקאי- חובה
• ניסיון בעבודה עם לקוחות אמריקאיים ויכולת תקשורת גבוהה
• מיומנויות ניהול פרויקטים, לוחות זמנים ומשאבים
• יכולת מנהיגות ובניית צוות
• שליטה מלאה -Microsoft Office, חובה
• ידע בתוכנת מס CCH  - יתרון משמעותי
• שליטה מלאה עברית–אנגלית – יכולת עבודה עם מסמכים בשפות אלו

American Tax Team Manager – Boutique Firm in Holon

We are a boutique American tax firm located in Holon, seeking an American Tax Team Manager with experience in team management, strong leadership abilities, and solid knowledge in U.S. taxation, including tax return review and preparation.

Responsibilities

·        Reviewing and preparing tax returns for corporations, partnerships, and individuals

·        Managing a team of tax advisors and CPAs specializing in U.S. taxation

·        Overseeing the preparation of U.S. tax returns and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations

·        Supporting the team in managing various projects and meeting deadlines

·        Coordinating between clients and governmental requirements, including handling digital documents

·        Managing and planning internal office resources and operational needs

·        Training and professional development of the team

Position Requirements

·        Proven experience managing a team of tax advisors and/or CPAs, including reviewing and preparing U.S. tax returns

·        In-depth knowledge of U.S. tax laws and regulations

·        Bachelor's degree in Accounting – significant advantage

·        Licensed U.S. Tax Professional (Enrolled Agent) or U.S. CPA – required

·        Experience working with U.S. clients and strong communication skills

·        Project management skills, including timelines and resource coordination

·        Strong leadership abilities and team-building skills

·        Full proficiency in Microsoft Office – required

·        Experience with CCH tax software – significant advantage

·        Full proficiency in Hebrew and English, including ability to work with documents in both languages
