We are at MVP stage, actively building, and preparing for our first institutional raise.

Role: CTO / Co-Founder (Israel-based)

We are looking for an exceptional engineering leader who wants to join at the founding level and co-create the platform that will redefine how commodities move, get financed, and get settled.

You will own the entire technical vision and be responsible for taking TRAIDEFI from MVP → production → global scale.

What You’ll Lead

Define and own TRAIDEFI’s technical direction (architecture, infra, security).

Build and manage the engineering team in Israel (hybrid Tel Aviv/Jerusalem).

Oversee all integrations: banking APIs, document platforms (WaveBL, essDOCS), inspections, insurance, identity/AML, and payment rails.

Lead development of our trade orchestration engine, dashboards, smart workflows, and automation features.

Ensure platform security, compliance, and reliability (FinTech/RegTech requirements).

Work side-by-side with the founder to prepare for investor meetings and due diligence.

Take a hands-on role in development in early stages.

Who You Are

Senior full-stack engineer, team lead, or CTO with startup mentality.

You want to be a true co-founder, not an employee.

Strong experience in cloud architecture (AWS preferred).

Deep understanding of backend systems, APIs, security, and integrations.

Comfortable moving fast, solving complex problems, and owning mission-critical systems.

Experience in FinTech, blockchain, payments, compliance, or high-trust systems — huge advantage.

Based in Israel (any city), able to collaborate in-person when needed.
