Product Analyst

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tel Aviv, for a Product Analyst working within the Data Team, under the Product Department.

You’ll serve as the eyes of the business — investigating millions (even billions) of data rows, building dashboards, creating smart monitoring tools, and delivering insights that shape product and business decisions.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Writing advanced Splunk (SPL) queries and Python scripts
• Structuring and ingesting data using smart indexing and scalable flows
• Exploring massive datasets to answer complex business questions
• Designing dashboards and KPIs to support product managers and leadership
• Defining funnels, identifying user friction and drop-offs
• Building alerting systems to track technical and business-critical behaviors
• Translating analysis into clear, data-driven recommendations

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years as a Product Analyst or Data Analyst in a tech/startup/military environment
• Hands-on experience with both: Splunk – advanced SPL, dashboards, indexing, JSON/dynamic fields. Python – automation, enrichment, scripting, smart alerting
• Experience working with large-scale datasets (millions to billions of rows)
• Strong SQL skills
• Ability to define and monitor KPIs, analyze funnels, and surface insights
• Strategic, independent thinker with strong business orientation

Education:

BSc. in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Economics – or relevant military experience in data analysis using Splunk & Python, with product/business exposure.

Experience from elite tech units (e.g. 8200 or similar)? That’s a plus.
