Job Description: As a Recovery Agent, you will be responsible for managing accounts and facilitating the recovery of outstanding debts. Your role will involve communication with clients, resolving issues, and maintaining relationships to ensure customer satisfaction while achieving recovery targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate contact with customers to recover outstanding debts effectively and professionally.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and terms with clients to resolve accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of communications and transactions in the recovery management system.
• Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for debt recovery.
• Provide exceptional customer service while addressing inquiries and concerns from clients.
• Monitor and report on recovery progress and results to management.
  
  

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Recovery Agent or in a similar position.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in using recovery management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
