Vertical Business Manager

We are looking for a highly strategic and accountable Vertical Business Manager to lead high-impact projects that drive business growth across Fiverr's ecosystem. This role requires an Entrepreneurial mindset and ownership mentality, with a focus on identifying opportunities, building actionable plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring them to life. You’ll need to think like a business owner, considering resource allocation, product enhancements, and market trends to drive success.

What am I going to do?:

• Opportunity Identification: Analyze new market opportunities, identifying growth potential, target audiences, and competitive gaps.
• Strategic Project Leadership: Develop and execute structured, cross-functional plans to launch or grow initiatives, ensuring alignment with Fiverr’s goals.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Apply a data-driven, business-owner approach to assess revenue potential and prioritize actions with the highest ROI.
• Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with teams across product, marketing, taxonomy, and data to drive execution, ensuring deliverables are met.
• Performance Tracking: Define and track KPIs to measure success, iterating on strategies based on data insights.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Use insights and analytics to guide priorities and measure project impact.
• Stakeholder Communication: Present findings, updates, and recommendations to leadership with clarity and impact.
• Creative Problem-Solving: Identify and address gaps or challenges in Fiverr’s offerings with innovative, practical solutions.
  
  

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in category management, e-commerce, or cross-functional project leadership.
• Strong business acumen and a proven track record of driving growth in new or underdeveloped areas.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform strategic decisions.
• Strong technical orientation and the ability to manage development-related domains, including an understanding of web and AI technologies, code workflows, and mobile app environments
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on market trends.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills to align diverse teams around common goals.
• Adaptable and results-oriented, capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in launching new verticals, products, or services is a strong advantage.
