Senior Data Engineer

You are passionate about transforming raw data into actionable insights, building scalable and reliable data pipelines, and maintaining a strong get-things-done mindset.

Technical Skills

6+ years of experience in Java/Spring or Python in production environments

2+ years of experience developing near real-time data systems handling large-scale event streams

Strong experience in data modeling

Proven ability to define, design, and build scalable data pipelines for production systems

Hands-on experience with message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ

High proficiency in writing complex SQL queries

Advantages:

Experience in spatial / geo-spatial data modeling

Experience building data models for multiple providers and consumers

Experience with NoSQL production databases such as Elastic, Cassandra, DynamoDB, or Aerospike
