Our team is growing, and we are looking for a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join us.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain complex financial models in the fields of forensic accounting, financial expert opinions to court and corporate valuation for issuing purposes
• Assist in M&A processes
• Create structured and data-driven business plans
• Conduct advanced financial analyses that support key strategic decisions
• Prepare presentations for management, boards of directors and investors

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Accounting – currently seeking accounting interns in the 2nd or final year of internship
• Ability to read and analyze financial statements
• Strong analytical thinking
• A proactive, can-do approach and creative problem-solving mindset
• High proficiency in Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English
• Attention to detail, strong time-management abilities and flexibility in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
