A leading financial company in Petah Tikva is looking for a Data Product Manager to join our team and drive the development of data-driven and AI-powered products.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Product Management

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for data & AI-based products
• Translate business needs into measurable product requirements
• Lead discovery and design processes with users and business stakeholders
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value
• Work closely with development, data, UX, and data science teams
• Oversee product quality throughout the lifecycle (QA, rollout, adoption)

Data & AI

• Define data layers, metrics, and intelligent models (ML)
• Specify, manage, and implement GenAI solutions (LLMs, chatbots, generative automation, etc.)
• Conduct measurement, experimentation (A/B tests), analysis, and continuous optimization
• Set KPIs and turn insights into data-driven actions

Organizational Leadership

• Lead cross-functional processes in a large and complex organization

🔹 Requirements

• Relevant academic degree (Statistics / Engineering / CS / Information Systems / Economics / Industrial Engineering) – must
• At least 3 years of experience in Product Management with strong data orientation (Data Product / BI Product / Analytics Product) – must
• Full proficiency in SQL and BI tools – must
• Proven experience leading data-driven products or processes in a large organization – must
• Hands-on experience with ML and GenAI – must
