AI Full Stack Team Lead

We are seeking for a Software Team Leader to drive a cutting-edge initiative: building and managing a virtual team of AI-powered development agents within a next-generation development framework.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and architect an AI-powered development environment
• Select and integrate AI development tools, agents, and supporting frameworks
• Design workflows for code review, automation, testing, and task execution
• Translate product and technical requirements into clear architectures and agent-ready tasks
• Oversee output quality from both AI agents and human developers
• Establish best practices, standards, and guardrails for AI-assisted development
• Act as a hands-on full-stack developer when needed

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience as a software team leader (R&D or product)
• Strong full-stack development background with .NET and Angular (plus TypeScript, Python, Node.js)
• Experience managing and mentoring development teams
• Solid SQL expertise including performance tuning
• Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows
• Practical experience working with AI tools, AI agents, or agent-based development environments
• Strong architectural thinking, analytical abilities, and leadership skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with LLM-based coding assistants (e.g., GPT agents, Copilot, Cursor)
• Background in QA automation or guardrail design for AI-generated code
• Experience with microservices, distributed systems, or protocols such as SNMP, BacNet, or ModBus
