About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Product Manager to join Obol and help shape the next generation of our cash flow platform. In this role, you'll work under head of product and own the full product lifecycle -from user research and requirements definition to release and iteration-working closely with design, engineering, and customers in a fast-paced, energetic startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive user research through customer calls, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to inform feature development.
• Translate user insights into clear product requirements, detailed specs, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and groom the feature backlog, planning future iterations and versions for new features.
• Collaborate closely with design to refine user flows, edge cases, and ensure design excellence.
• Work hands-on with developers throughout the development cycle to ensure perfect execution.
• Drive continuous improvement through post-release insights and iterative enhancements.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of product management experience.
• Hands-on experience working directly with development teams through the full product lifecycle.
• Strong user research skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from customer conversations.

• Design-oriented mindset with attention to detail in user experience and interface design.
