A fast-growing tech company is seeking a Senior Development Team Lead to lead and scale Web Full Stack teams, directly impacting business growth and technology strategy. Managing two Tech Leads and developers (up to 10 engineers), you'll drive complex system development, architectural decisions, and team expansion. Reporting to the CEO, this role offers significant leadership growth and influence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor developers, fostering technical excellence.
- Oversee development including code reviews of scalable Web systems using Python, React, TypeScript, and APIs.
- Own architecture, performance, and code quality.
- Scale teams, build new functions, and optimize workflows.
- Collaborate with product & business leaders to align development with strategy.
- Solve complex technical challenges and drive execution.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership of Tech Leads & developers.
- Strong hands-on experience in Python, React, TypeScript, and API development.
- Experience scaling teams and structuring engineering growth.
- Familiarity with Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes – advantage.
- Strategic mindset, problem-solving skills, and business-driven approach.
