Chief Technology Officer

Hey Seven is an AI-native platform transforming how casinos and hospitality brands engage VIP and high-value guests. We combine conversational AI, behavioral insights, and automated comp optimization to deliver personalized, compliant, and revenue-driving interactions at scale.

We are hiring a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead all engineering, data, platform architecture, and AI infrastructure as we scale our product across major hospitality and gaming operators.

What you'll own:

• Define and execute the end-to-end technology and platform vision
• Lead engineering teams across AI, Core Platform, Data, Integrations, DevOps
• Architect a scalable, multi-layer platform: AI Agent Layer, MCP, Policy Engine, Semantic Layer, Console, Observability
• Build enterprise-grade integrations with PMS, CRM, loyalty, and gaming systems
• Oversee security, compliance, and data governance
• Recruit and develop top-tier engineering talent
• Partner closely with Product, AI, and Operations to deliver high-quality releases

What you bring

• Proven leadership of engineering/platform orgs at a SaaS or AI company
• Deep understanding of cloud architecture, data platforms, and LLM/AI infrastructure
• Strong experience translating strategy → architecture → execution
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Location: Israel only - we are building our core team locally
• Experience in the gaming or hospitality industry is a strong plus
