Chief Product Officer

Hey Seven is an AI-native platform transforming how casinos and hospitality brands engage VIP and high-value guests. We combine conversational AI, behavioral insights, and automated comp optimization to deliver personalized, compliant, and revenue-driving interactions at scale.

We’re hiring a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead the product strategy and execution for our AI engagement platform - from defining the vision to overseeing real-world deployment with major operators.

What you’ll lead

• Develop and own the product vision and strategic roadmap
• Lead Product Management, UX, BI, and Conversation Design
• Define product direction for our AI Agent Layer, MCP workflows, segmentation models, and operator-facing console
• Collaborate constantly with AI, Engineering, and Operations
• Drive data-informed decision-making, experimentation, and rapid iteration
• Work directly with industry partners to shape high-impact features

What you bring

• Senior product leadership experience at a SaaS, AI, or data-driven company
• Ability to translate a large vision into structured, fast-moving execution
• Strong analytical skills and customer empathy
• Experience scaling 0→1→enterprise products
• Location: Israel only - we are building our core team locally
• Experience in the gaming or hospitality industry is a strong plus
