Senior Legal Counsel (2893)

What you will do:

• Leading tender's filing and analyzing contractual and commercial risks.
• Accompany engagements with customers, business partners and suppliers.
• Formulating a strategy for action while addressing problems during project execution.
• Working with senior interfaces in the company.
• Working with external lawyers in Israel and overseas, including re: legal proceedings.

Reports to: VP, General Counsel

What you will bring:

• LL.B – Mandatory
• Membership in the Israel Bar Association – Mandatory
• 5+ years of legal experience, either as an in-house lawyer in a global company (Mandatory) OR in a commercial law firm, demonstrating relevant commercial and corporate legal expertise.
• Experience in negotiations and analyzing complex contracts.
• English mother tongue level – Mandatory
• Willingness to work strenuous and flexible hours.
