Marketing Communications Manager

Role Description

We are seeking a MarCom & Content Manager to join our team.

This role includes leading the creation of high-quality professional content, managing the company’s social media presence, and supporting community-building efforts.

This is a full-time or student-friendly position (flexible), based mainly in Holon, with availability to join company events and client activities for real-time content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating professional marketing content: newsletters, articles, podcast scripts, video scripts, and written marketing materials.
• Managing the company’s social media channels: LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and later Instagram & TikTok.
• Building and managing the Elements client community and the IAEM Israel community.
• Developing an annual content and marketing plan (Gantt), tracking performance throughout the year.
• Supporting real-time content creation during field activities, workshops, training days, and events.

Qualifications

• Mobility and availability to work from the office or on-site where company activities take place -required.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok - required.
• Excellent writing and editing skills in both Hebrew and English.
• Creativity, initiative, and the ability to work independently.
• Experience in content creation or social media management - significant advantage.
• Familiarity with crisis management, business continuity, emergency preparedness, cyber, or related fields - advantage.
• Suitable for students as well.
