Quality Auditor CMM Programmer

A Senior CMM Programmer (T&GD Specialist) is required for a leading company in Rehovot

A leading technology company in Rehovot, specializing in the production of precise and complex components for the defense, semiconductor and medical industries, is required to lead the computerized inspection field.

We are looking for a content expert in the field of measurements, with deep engineering understanding and process leadership ability, who will be a

professional pillar in the quality system.

Job Description:

Professional leadership of the CMM field in the company, including responsibility for programming 2 DEA HEXAGON CMM machines

• MITUTOYO CRYSTA and
  
  

Building optimal inspection processes in accordance with drawing requirements, while optimizing the process.

Working closely with CNC programmers and engineers: Providing fast and accurate technical feedback to achieve a stable setup that meets all drawing requirements.

Supporting FAI processes and in-process reviews.

Training the review team in efficient work methods, continuous improvement, and correct drawing reading.

Solving complex measurement problems, including considering coating thickness and special requirements.

Job Requirements (Required):

Proven experience of at least 5 years as a CMM programmer and operator required.

Absolute control of T&GD and ability to read complex technical drawings at the highest level.

Deep and analytical knowledge of ISO 1101 and ASME 14.5-Y standards required.

Proven programming ability in PAS and COSMOS software.

Experience working with HEXAGON and MITUTOYO machines.

Ability to lead processes and train employees.

High level of order and organization, uncompromising rigor and precision.

Excellent ability to work in a team and multiple interfaces (production, engineering, quality).

Significant advantages:

Proven experience in CMM programming for inspecting multiple parts in a row (setup Pallet / Inspection Part-Multi).
