Product Analyst

Shopic is a Computer Vision AI start-up specializing in retail solutions and smart shopping experiences. Our technology transforms any shopping cart into a smart cart and enhances theft prevention at self-checkout terminals. Based in Tel Aviv and deployed by leading grocery chains worldwide, we’re proud to have some of the brightest minds in AI on our team.

We’re looking for a Product Analyst to join our Product Team at our headquarters in Tel Aviv. In this role, you’ll play a key part in analyzing and improving product performance across different features. Your insights will directly influence product development and decision-making by translating customer data into actionable recommendations. You’ll work closely with the product, data, and R&D teams, bringing a strong analytical mindset and curiosity to learn technical tools and frameworks.

The work modal includes one day from home, 4 days from the office in Tel Aviv.

• Own and maintain Mixpanel - the product’s analytics platform
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance metrics
• Define and monitor product events, properties and data tracking
• Conduct feature impact and A/B test analyses to measure performance
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve user experience and Computer Vision AI models results
• Proactively identify anomalies, trends, and opportunities for product improvement
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and R&D teams to ensure data accuracy and optimize tracking

• BA/BSc degree in a quantitative field
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst
• Experience collaborating with product teams on data-driven decisions
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Experience with one or more analytics platforms: Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Appsflyer, or Amplitude
• Proficiency in SQL
• Experience with A/B testing
• Excellent analytical and logical reasoning skills
• Independent, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks
