Senior Project Manager (2905)

IDE Technologies, a global leader in advanced water treatment and desalination solutions, is seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to co-lead the execution of large-scale, complex Engineering, Procurement, and Construction, infrastructure projects, often executed in a Joint Venture (JV) structure with international partners.

This is a leadership position responsible for ensuring the successful, on-time, and within-budget delivery of high-value infrastructure, maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.

Location: Kadima, Israel (with frequent international travel)

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary project leader for the overall execution, responsible for the full project life cycle.
• Establish and oversee project governance, performance monitoring, and comprehensive project controls (scheduling, budgeting, risk management).
• Act as the senior point of contact for the client, board, government authorities, and key project stakeholders.
• Build and lead a high-performing, multicultural, and multidisciplinary project team across international locations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 10+ years of progressive project management experience, in senior leadership roles on large-scale EPC projects.
• Proven expertise in the execution of complex water infrastructure, desalination, or industrial process plants.
• Strong experience leading projects within a Joint Venture (JV) or cross-border environment.
• Expertise in EPC contract execution, project controls, and claims management.
• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, or related). MBA preferred.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively between Israel and international project locations (e.g., India).
• Fluent English is required.
