Quality Control Inspector

Experienced Quality Inspector – Electronics | Full-Time Position in Petah Tikva

Airobotics, a company developing autonomous drone systems, is recruiting an experienced Quality Inspector for an exciting and challenging role in a growing, innovative organization. This is an opportunity to influence and lead in a dynamic environment with advanced products undergoing development and production.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead control infrastructures such as MRB, NCR, and related processes.
• Prepare in-process inspection reports detailing dimensions, characteristics to be checked, tolerances, sampling quantities, and measurement tools.
• Perform final inspection and testing of items produced in the company according to engineering specifications.
• Conduct inspections and examinations of outgoing shipments.
• Perform incoming inspection for parts manufactured by subcontractors or parts that underwent special processes.
• Manage the MRB process, document all findings in the information system according to required inspection definitions, and report all rejections to production planning.
• Report to Quality and Production Managers on any serial defects identified during inspection of internally produced parts or supplier-delivered parts, including RMA management.
• Conduct SET-UP and FAI inspections and document results in inspection reports.
• Report any nonconformities in the information system for all externally purchased items.
• Manage measurement tools, ensure their usability, and handle non-usable equipment according to company procedures.
• Manage the quarantine warehouse.
  
  

• Technician/Practical Engineer in Electronics or Mechanics.
• At least 5 years of experience in testing and inspection roles.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Understanding of technical documents released by Engineering.
• High-level English—reading, speaking, and writing technical documents.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to write professional documents in both Hebrew and English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
