Technical Presales | Datacenter, Compute & Storage

We are seeking a Technical Presales Engineer specializing in Datacenter Infrastructure, Compute, and Storage Solutions to join our growing team.

In this role, you will support sales teams and channel partners (resellers/MSPs) by designing, presenting, and validating technical solutions that align with customer business goals. You’ll act as the trusted technical advisor during the presales process — from requirement gathering to solution architecture and proposal.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account managers and resellers to understand customer needs and translate them into optimized infrastructure solutions.

• Design and present end-to-end datacenter architectures, including servers, storage, virtualization, and networking components.

• Conduct technical presentations, demos, and workshops for partners and end customers.

• Prepare BoMs (Bill of Materials), technical proposals, and architecture diagrams.

• Provide technical enablement and training for resellers on new technologies and product updates.

• Work closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure solution compatibility and profitability.

• Participate in RFP/RFQ responses and assist in solution validation (PoC, pilot setups).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a presales, system engineering, or solution architect role.

• Strong technical background in:

• Server and storage technologies (HPE, Dell, Lenovo, NetApp, etc.)

• Virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix AHV, or equivalent)

• Networking fundamentals (switching, VLANs, routing, firewalls)

• Backup & DR solutions (Veeam, Acronis, Zerto, etc.)

• Excellent presentation and communication skills — ability to explain complex technologies clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Reseller or distributor orientation – proven experience working with channel partners (VARs, MSPs, integrators).
