Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Broker located in Tel Aviv-Yafo. The Office Broker will be responsible for sourcing and securing commercial real estate deals, managing client relationships, negotiating lease and sale agreements, and providing market analysis. Daily tasks include client meetings, property tours, conducting market research, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market conditions. The broker will also collaborate with legal and financial professionals to ensure successful transactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial real estate brokerage, including sourcing and securing deals
• Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
• Ability to conduct market research and provide market analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Hebrew and English
• Ability to work on-site in Tel Aviv-Yafo
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
• Familiarity with local real estate regulations and market conditions is a plus
