Head of Data& BI

We’re looking for a strategic and insight-driven Head of Data& BI, a leader who knows how to turn complex data into clear business direction, measurable impact, and future-ready strategy.

In this role, you’ll own the company’s data vision - leading the Data, BI, and Data Science functions to transform data into actionable insights that power smarter marketing, stronger performance, and better customer experiences.

You’ll build an organization that doesn’t just analyze what happened, but also predicts what’s next - combining analytics, data science, and AI to unlock new business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing Data, BI & Data Science team, fostering a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and data-driven thinking.
• Define and execute the company’s data and insights strategy, integrating BI, predictive analytics, and AI to drive strategic decisions.
• Partner with executives and cross-functional leaders to translate analytical findings into business insights and growth opportunities.
• Oversee the creation of AI-based and predictive models that enhance marketing performance, personalization, and revenue optimization.
• Deliver strategic, data-driven insights that guide decision-making at the highest level of the organization.
• Lead the design and delivery of dashboards, reports, and analytical frameworks that measure success and highlight actionable opportunities.
• Promote data quality, governance, and ethics - ensuring that insights are reliable, responsible, and business-oriented.
• Stay ahead of trends in AI and data science to identify new ways to innovate and create value through data.

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading Data, BI, & Data Science teams, preferably in eCommerce, digital, or marketing-driven environments.
• Strong expertise in business analysis, insights generation, and data storytelling.
• Demonstrated success in leveraging AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics to drive measurable business impact.
• Strategic thinker with deep business acumen and the ability to connect data initiatives to organizational goals.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills - able to align technical work with commercial priorities.
• Experience with BI and analytical tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Tableau) and exposure to data science environments.
