Phoenix Investments is seeking an Attorney specializing in employee's equity compensation. Join us and play a key role in significant high-tech and investment market transactions
Role Responsibilities:
• Advising and managing tax and trust matters under Section 102 of the Israeli tax ordinance
• Supporting the tax aspects of employee equity compensation transactions
• Collaborating with the Tax Authority, clients and external tax or legal advisors
Requirements:
• Valid Israeli Bar license
• 3+ years of experience in Section 102 taxation
• Strong independent working skills, high professionalism and excellent interpersonal abilities
• High-level English: writing, reading and speaking
