We’re building an AI-powered real-estate discovery platform that helps people find and explore properties in a new way — by swiping, chatting, and matching with listings that fit them. We’re early-stage, validating product-market fit, and looking for someone to take full ownership of marketing and growth.

The Role

We’re hiring our first Marketing & Growth Lead — someone who can plan, execute, and scale marketing from zero. You’ll own brand, acquisition, content, and performance across all channels. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves building from scratch and learning fast.

What You’ll Do

• Build and own the full marketing strategy (brand, acquisition, retention, community)
• Develop go-to-market campaigns for landlords (supply) and property seekers (demand)
• Run growth experiments: SEO, paid media, social, content, and referral loops
• Create messaging, positioning, and content that converts
• Analyze funnels, set KPIs, and optimize based on data
• Collaborate with product and engineering to align launches and user growth
• Manage a lean budget and prioritize high-ROI activities
• Lay the foundation for future marketing hires and processes

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on marketing or growth experience in tech, marketplace, or SaaS
• Proven record running user acquisition or brand campaigns with measurable results
• Experience in SEO/SEM, social, content, analytics, and conversion optimization
• Strong written and visual communication skills
• Data-driven mindset and comfort with fast iteration
• Based in Israel (remote or hybrid), startup mentality

Nice to Have

• Experience in proptech, B2C apps, or two-sided marketplaces
• Familiarity with AI tools, automation, or analytics platforms
