AI Domain Lead

We’re looking for a visionary and hands-on AI Domain Lead to spearhead innovative AI initiatives and drive measurable impact across business units. If you're passionate about cutting-edge technologies like Machine Learning and Generative AI – this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end AI projects — from ideation to successful deployment and adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Scientists, Engineers, Analysts, and business stakeholders to identify and execute AI-driven opportunities.
• Build, scale, and maintain high-quality AI models ensuring accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
• Mentor and guide a team of AI professionals; provide leadership and direction to junior team members.
• Translate complex AI concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
• Act as a strategic partner to business units, showcasing AI capabilities and promoting data-driven innovation.

Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience in AI, with a strong focus on Machine Learning and Generative AI.
• Proficiency in Python and/or R; strong understanding of AI frameworks and tools.
• Experience with Databricks is a plus.
• Strong background in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience working in medium-to-large organizations and supporting business domains such as customer service, finance, commerce, or operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to drive collaboration across diverse teams.
• Demonstrated success in deploying AI solutions in production environments.
• Strategic thinking and stakeholder management experience.
