Senior Analyst — Alternative Investments Due Diligence

Austin, TX | $125,000 base + ~30% bonus | Full-time | Onsite

About the Opportunity

A leading financial services organization is growing its alternative investments platform and is seeking a Senior Analyst to support due diligence, evaluation, and monitoring of investment products. This role plays a key part in assessing private market strategies and presenting actionable recommendations to internal committees and financial professionals.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct in-depth due diligence on alternative investment solutions: private equity, private credit, hedge funds, real assets

• Build and evaluate financial models, performance analytics, and risk assessments

• Develop due diligence memos, research reports, and executive-level presentations

• Monitor approved products with ongoing evaluation of performance, operations, and compliance

• Partner cross-functionally with product, legal, compliance, capital markets, and advisor experience teams

• Present research findings to leadership and advisor groups to support product decisions

What They’re Looking For

• 3+ years in investment analysis, research, manager due diligence, or asset management

• Strong knowledge of alternative asset classes (private markets experience required)

• Financial modeling + complex data analysis (Excel, Bloomberg or similar)

• Excellent written + verbal communication skills with presentation experience

• CFA or CAIA preferred; CFA Level I+ strongly considered

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred

• Onsite — Austin, TX (no hybrid/remote)
