We’re partnering with three leading organizations currently seeking Oracle Fusion Support Specialists to join their growing teams.

As part of these roles, you’ll provide functional and operational support within the Fusion ecosystem, focusing on Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, Shipping, and Logistics modules.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Manage and resolve incidents and user tickets in Oracle Fusion (Procurement, OM, Logistics, Inventory).
• Support business users with functional guidance and daily operational challenges.
• Handle user access, authorization, and data maintenance tasks.
• Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure process and reporting accuracy.
• Analyze issues, prioritize tickets, and collaborate with IT teams for fast resolutions.
• Participate in testing, CRP sessions, and configuration updates based on client requirements.
• Work with on-premise and cloud integrations related to warehouse and logistics operations.

🧠 What You Bring

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM modules – Procurement, OM, Inventory, Shipping, Logistics.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and warehouse processes.
• Analytical thinking and proactive problem-solving approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools is an advantage.
