As a Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Specialist, you’ll be a true partner across teams, helping us find, attract, and hire amazing people in tech, product, data, and business roles.

💼 What you’ll do:

• Own full-cycle recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviews, and closing
• Drive creative sourcing to find top talent across tech, product & business roles
• Partner with team leads and hiring managers to define roles and ideal profiles
• Manage and collaborate with external recruiters when needed
• Ensure every candidate has an exceptional, human experience
• Continuously optimize recruitment workflows and best practices

🌟 What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in tech/startup recruitment – must!
• Proven full-cycle hiring experience
• Strong LinkedIn sourcing & headhunting skills
• Comfortable recruiting for both tech & business roles
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in Hebrew & English
