System Team Lead

We are looking for a System Team Lead to manage and guide our IT infrastructure team. The role includes both managerial and technical responsibilities over all IT systems, ensuring stability, availability, and high performance of critical organizational systems.

The position includes:

• Managing and mentoring an experienced team of system engineers

• Full responsibility for planning, implementing, maintaining, and monitoring server infrastructures (Windows and Linux)

• Managing complex VMware-based virtualization environments

• Overseeing the Network Operations Center (NOC) for infrastructure monitoring

• Leading cross-organizational infrastructure projects from initiation to implementation

• Ensuring information security of infrastructure and handling cyber challenges

• Writing technical procedures, documentation, and work plans

What we’re looking for:

• Relevant academic degree in IT or related field

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a system engineer in a large enterprise

• At least 3 years of managerial experience as a system team lead

• Expertise in VMware virtualization environments (vSphere, vCenter)

• Deep familiarity with infrastructure and DevOps methodologies

• Practical experience with Windows Server and Linux operating systems is a plus

• Proven experience with enterprise storage systems (such as NetApp, Dell EMC) is a plus

• Familiarity with Microsoft cloud environments (Azure) is a plus

• Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) is a plus

• Ability to lead projects, think systemically, and resolve complex issues

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to motivate team members
