This is a full-time hybrid role for a Psychology, Sport professional located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. While the role requires in-person activities, some flexibility for remote work is provided. The individual will be responsible for collaborating with athletes and teams to enhance their mental and physical performance. Tasks include sports coaching, psychological support, conducting training sessions, and fostering team communication. The professional will also assist in sales activities related to sports programs and initiatives.

• Experience in Sports Coaching and Football, with a strong understanding of athletic performance and training methodologies
• Coaching skills with the ability to mentor athletes and teams effectively
• Excellent Communication skills to interact with diverse teams and individuals
• Sales skills and an aptitude for promoting sports programs and related initiatives
• Relevant certifications or degrees in Psychology, Sports Science, or a related field are advantageous
• Proficiency in Hebrew and/or English is a plus
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setup
