Business Applications Project Manager

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Business Applications Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our applications support business goals, drive efficiency, and deliver value.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end projects: planning, execution, testing, deployment, and support
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Support, and Compliance to gather requirements and define project scope
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget
• Oversee Salesforce enhancements, integrations, and customizations
• Ensure data integrity, system security, and platform scalability
• Promote adoption and provide training, documentation, and ongoing support
• Identify opportunities to optimize business processes through applications automation
  
  

• 5+ years of project management experience, with 3+ years managing Salesforce projects
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom objects, flows)
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com, Asana)
• Familiarity with integrations and APIs
• Salesforce certifications (Admin, App Builder, or Consultant) – an advantage
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to gather stakeholder requirements, translate them into specification documents, and define project tasks, timelines, and responsibilities
• Experience in SaaS or tech companies – a plus
• Admin and implementation of SAAS Applications such as DealHub, Titan, Hibob, Zip, Gong, Clay, Deel, Monday – an advantage
