UX/UI Designer

RealPlay is currently developing a new and significant venture, and we are building the core team that will help lead it and shape its direction from day one.

We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer to build the visual and interaction foundation of a new consumer-facing venture. This role blends product thinking with marketing design, requiring someone who can move fluidly between creating beautiful user flows and crafting high-impact social and growth assets. You'll develop the design systems, templates, and prototypes that will define how users experience the brand across product and social platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build a visual “Operating System” for social media by creating flexible, scalable, and high-end templates for the Social team to use daily.
• Maintain and evolve a robust Design System that supports both product interfaces and marketing assets, ensuring consistency and quality across all outputs.
• Create interactive prototypes that visualize user flows, marketing funnels, and engagement-driven interactions.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Creative, and Social teams to ensure UI/UX thinking supports both usability and growth goals.
• Translate qualitative and quantitative user insights into intuitive, user-centered design decisions.
• Support rapid experimentation by producing quick variations and visual iterations for testing.
  
  

• 3+ years of experience in Digital Design, with a portfolio showcasing both product UI and marketing-focused visuals.
• Absolute mastery of Figma, including Components, Auto-Layout, Variants, and scalable Design Systems.
• Proven ability to create visual languages and template systems for social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Strong understanding of marketing, conversion psychology, and core UX best practices.
• Ability to balance speed with polish, maintaining high-quality design in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
