Product Operations Manager

As a Product Operations Manager, you will lead end to end product and operational processes, bridging between business needs and development teams, ensuring the stability, performance, and delivery of complex systems.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and prioritize business and product requirements with clients and development teams
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and plan sprints accordingly
• Provide professional support for service requests and manage follow-up processes to closure
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and milestones to ensure smooth execution
• Manage the production issue board and ensure quick and effective resolution according to SLA
• Work with external vendors to ensure website accessibility compliance
• Coordinate and synchronize tasks across business, technical, and operational teams
• Serve as the central link ensuring that every process, from development to service, is executed efficiently and transparently

Qualifications:

• Up to 2 years of experience as a Product Manager/ Operations Coordinator/ Technical PMO/ System Manager- Must
• Proven experience working with Monday- Must
• Experience working with Jira- Advantage
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal communication and ability to work with multiple interfaces
• Independent, proactive, and highly organized, with the ability to drive processes forward
• Strong technological orientation combined with solid execution skills
