Marketing & Brand Strategy

RealPlay is currently developing a new and significant venture, and we are building the core team that will help lead it and shape its direction from day one.

We are seeking a Marketing & Brand Strategy Lead to shape and define our brand from the ground up. In this role, you will lead the development of our brand narrative, build and execute our influencer and partnership strategy, and translate user insights into sharp, compelling messaging. This is a high-impact position with direct influence on our growth and on the creation of a major new brand initiative.

Responsibilities

• Define, shape, and own the core brand narrative, positioning, and tone of voice across all channels.
• Develop the high-level marketing strategy for launching and scaling a new consumer brand in the U.S. market.
• Build and execute the influencer, creator, and partnership strategy to drive awareness and engagement.
• Lead and manage the internal Creative and Social Media teams, ensuring cohesive brand execution.
• Translate product insights, user research, and behavioral data into sharp, compelling messaging for all campaigns.
• Build a strong, recognizable brand identity from the ground up, including visual language and storytelling frameworks.
• Monitor cultural trends, competitive landscape, and audience shifts to adapt and evolve brand strategy in real time.
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in Brand Strategy / Marketing.
• Proven success defining and launching a brand identity from scratch.
• Strong analytical ability to translate customer data into compelling brand narratives.
• Expertise in developing high-impact social media and influencer strategies.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, partnering effectively with Product, Growth, Analytics, and Leadership teams to drive unified outcomes.
