What you’ll do:

Provide technical support for OMC’s clients across Linux/Windows environments, cloud platforms, networking, and virtualization.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues while ensuring top-tier service.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
Work in a fast-paced, innovative environment with plenty of opportunities for career growth and professional development.

Requirements:

Certification or training in Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Network Management, Cloud Technologies, or CCNA.
Proven experience with Infrastructure, Virtualization, or Microsoft/Linux operating systems – strong advantage.
Background in technical support or customer service – advantage.
Experience with WEB/PHP-based environments – strong advantage.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong service-oriented approach.
High level of English – required.
