Fullstack Developer

We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Full-Stack Engineer to join our Agentic AI & Innovation group—an elite, fast-moving unit inside the R&D department, responsible for exploring, validating, and delivering cutting-edge POCs, pilots, and internal accelerators.

In this role, you will work directly with the R&D Manager on developing innovative prototypes and mini-products leveraging state-of-the-art generative and agentic AI technologies. You will gain hands-on experience across the entire development lifecycle—from ideation to implementation, experimentation, and deployment.

This position is full time, hybrid and located in our main office in Herzliya.

Responsibilities:

You'll play a key role in building an exciting Generative AI innovation project. 

• Build full-stack prototypes, pilots, and POCs using modern front-end and back-end frameworks.

• Develop agentic AI-driven features, including multi-agent workflows, orchestration, and logic layers.
• 
  
• Experiment with LLMs, vector databases, RAG pipelines, agents, and tool-calling architectures.
• 
  
• Integrate with internal and external APIs, databases, cloud services, and developer tools.
• 
  
• Own features end-to-end: design, implement, test, optimize, and deliver.
• 
  
• Work closely with the R&D Manager to shape technical approaches and feasibility assessments.
• 
  
• Support experiments that validate new technologies or architectures before they move to product teams.
• 
  
• Write clean, maintainable code and implement lightweight CI/CD pipelines for rapid iteration.
• 
  
• Collaborate with other engineering teams (backend, frontend, research) to scale successful POCs into production.
• 
  
• Document learnings, best practices, and results from pilots to guide future development.

Must-Have Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in full-stack development or strong internship experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, python.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following:

*React, Next.js, Vue, or similar front-end frameworks.

*Node.js, or another modern back-end environment.

• Experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, or microservices.
• Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Strong passion for AI technologies, especially LLMs, RAG, and agentic systems.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
• Curiosity, creativity, and willingness to experiment with new tools and ideas.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Hands-on experience with:
• Generative AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs, Anthropic, etc.)
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Understanding of multi-agent systems and tool-calling LLMs.
• Experience building POCs or hackathon-style projects.
• Background in MLOps or data engineering is a plus.
