This is a full-time, remote position for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at a funded AI startup. The CTO will lead the technical vision, strategy, and execution to deliver innovative AI-driven solutions for the wealth management sector. Responsibilities include overseeing software development, designing system architectures, and driving product development. The CTO will collaborate closely with leadership to align technical strategy with business objectives, manage technical teams, supervise projects, and ensure a scalable and secure infrastructure. Additionally, they will provide mentorship to engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.

• Proficiency in Software Development, including experience with modern programming languages and frameworks
• Strong skills in IT Strategy, Architecture, and designing scalable technical solutions
• Experience in Project Management and managing cross-functional technical teams
• Proven ability in Product Development, including launching and iterating innovative, AI-powered applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement long-term technological strategies
• Experience in AI/ML product environments is highly desirable
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience required; advanced degrees are a plus
• Experience in the wealth management or fintech industry is an advantage
