Product Analyst

We’re looking for an analytical, curious, and impact-oriented Product Data Analyst to join our fast-growing Data team and help us drive product decisions with real insights and measurable results.

You’ll work closely with Product Managers, UX Researchers, Designers, and Engineers, uncovering user behaviors, optimizing flows, and identifying opportunities that improve millions of user experiences worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Product and R&D teams to define success metrics and measure product performance.
• Analyze user journeys, A/B tests, and feature adoption to identify insights that drive growth.
• Build dashboards and reports that make complex data accessible and actionable.
• Collaborate across departments to turn insights into meaningful business and product impact.
• Leverage advanced analytics tools to support an AI-first, data-informed culture.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product or Data Analyst in a web or SaaS company.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear narratives and strategic recommendations.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Understanding of experimentation methodologies (A/B testing, funnel analysis, etc.).
• Experience with Python, R, or another scripting language - a plus.
• Curiosity, self-motivation, and a passion for learning fast and iterating even faster.
