Information Systems Project Manager

Job Description:

A leading defense company looking for a Information Systems Project Manager with strong experience in systems analysis and end-to-end project leadership — from initial definition through full implementation.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead complex information systems projects
• Analyze and understand business processes and translate them into system requirements
• Write detailed requirement and specification documents
• Work closely with development teams throughout all project stages
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), support system implementation, and train end users
• Manage system versions and provide ongoing support for existing systems
• Work independently in a dynamic, multi-task environment with numerous organizational interfaces

Requirements:

• Industrial Engineering & Management degree with a specialization in Information Systems
• At least 5 years of experience in project management and systems analysis within multi-project organizations
• Excellent ability to write specifications and requirement documents
• Experience supporting development processes, UAT, and system implementation
• Strong understanding of organizational and technological processes
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
• Initiative, responsibility, system-level thinking, and ability to lead processes
