Marketing/Marcom Manager

Airobotics is an international startup based in Petah Tikva that has been developing and operating advanced unmanned aerial systems (drones) for over a decade. We are seeking a Marketing & Marcom manager for a significant role. At the core of the position, we need someone who can take technical information, whether from documents or conversations with technical teams, and turn it into clear, well-structured marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, and product content.

• Technical Understanding & Content Creation – Engage with R&D and operations teams to understand product capabilities, technical workflows, and operational concepts, and translate them into clear and accurate marketing materials
• Marketing Material Development – Create and produce product brochures, one-pagers, presentations, product sheets, website content, and other written assets
• Sales Support Content: Prepare fast-turnaround materials for the sales team, including short summaries, tailored slides, and customer-specific content
• Visual Content Guidance: Support the creation of visual assets such as diagrams, graphics, and video content, working with designers or producing hands-on materials when needed
• Social Media Content: Write, prepare, and publish product-related posts and updates across relevant social platforms
• Project Coordination: Manage the planning, timelines, and delivery of multiple marketing tasks and content projects
• Event & Trade Show Support: prepare product-related content, materials, and messaging for exhibitions and industry events

• Previous experience in marketing and marcom security/defense (advantage).
• Native-level English - a must
• Technical/Marketing Writing -  operational and technological understating - a must
• Visual Content Creation - capabilities such as video editing, photoshop etc.
• Familiarity with social media and digital marketing
• Experience in trade shows and event production
• A proactive, positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to follow through and implement solutions as needed
