We are looking for someone who loves technology, writes intentionally, and is eager to explore AI tools to turn technical details into clear, engaging content.

Responsibilities

• Research, plan, and create high-quality documentation: feature guides, configuration procedures, release notes, and installation guides.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to gather technical insights and translate them into clear, structured content.
• Explore and integrate AI tools to streamline authoring, editing, and review processes.
• Participate in peer reviews, manage updates for product releases, and ensure alignment with DriveNets’ documentation standards and style.
• Contribute to continuous improvement: suggest new tools, workflows, and content strategies that make documentation smarter and more impactful.
  
  

• 8+ years of experience in writing software documentation
• Proficiency in MadCap Flare from topic management to stylesheet customization and multi-output publishing.
• Excellent command of English, with the ability to write clearly, concisely, and logically.
• Strong critical thinking: able to spot information gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Comfort with technical deep dives: you can read a CLI, interpret configuration steps, and talk confidently with engineers.
• Curiosity and adaptability, especially when it comes to learning AI-powered tools and applying them effectively.
• Familiarity with networking or telecommunication technologies is a strong advantage.
